Mexican Beer Dinner

Join us for a summer Mexican Beer Dinner on Friday, August 21 at 6:30 pm featuring a custom four-course menu paired with bold, refreshing Mexican beers. The evening kicks off with Mexican Street Corn Croquettes & Shrimp & Vegetable Fundido alongside ice-cold Pacífico Clara, followed by Al Pastor Pulpo Tacos paired with the crisp, easy-drinking Dos Equis Lager Especial, along with two additional courses. Sam Dalton, Wildfire Service Manager, will guide guests through the pairings and share insight into each brew.

Price: $80.00 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
