ATMs are conveniently located on the lower level of the Kohl’s wing near Caribou Coffee, and on the upper level in the Food Court near Potbelly Sandwich Works.

Auto Jump Starts
Auto Jump Starts are available upon request. Please contact the Security Office at 952-525-2102 for assistance.

Children’s Play Area
The children’s play area is located in the Lower Level Kohl’s wing and is open all mall hours except 3-4pm when it is closed for cleaning.

Electric Scooter and Wheelchair Rental
Electric scooters and wheelchairs are available for customer use on the lower level near the elevator. Pick up the red information phone for assistance. An attendant will meet you to check out a scooter or wheelchair.

Family Restrooms
The family restrooms are located in the Food Court. This restroom area is wheelchair-accessible and fully equipped with family restroom suites, toddler-sized fixtures, private nursing rooms, a diaper-changing station plus a family lounge.

Lockers
Lockers are available for use at Eden Prairie Center, providing convenience and security for our shoppers.

Lost and Found
Mall Lost and Found is managed by the security office. Please call 952-525-2102 for inquiries.

Mall Walking Program
Guests are welcome to walk the center during mall hours.

Preferred Family Parking
Family First Parking is available near mall entrances for families to conveniently access Eden Prairie Shopping Center.

Safety Escorts
Safety Escorts are available upon request. Please contact the security office at 952-525-2102.

Stroller Rental
Kiddie Kruzzers are available at the Target entrance of the mall.

US Mail
A US Mailbox is located outside the Eden Prairie Mall entrance near Target and on the Basement Level. Mail pickup time is at 3:00PM Monday – Friday.

Wi-Fi Accessibility
We’ve got you covered! Wireless internet is available in all Eden Prairie Center common areas.
