• Duration: 7 minutes per ride.

• Ticket Price: $15 per couple.
• $15 Crave Cash Voucher: Valid only on 2/10 for a $50 spend at Crave, received as an online voucher through Eventbrite upon purchasing the trolley ticket.
• Cozy Blanket: Borrow our fuzzy blankets for warmth during the ride (to be returned post-ride).

Terms & Conditions:

• Timeliness: Arrive at your scheduled time. We recommend arriving 30 minutes ahead. Missed appointments will be accommodated when possible, without promises.
• Tickets and Reservations: Required in advance through Eventbrite.
• Weather Conditions: Rides subject to weather. Refunds for cancellations due to adverse weather; $15 voucher still valid at Crave.
• Liability Waiver: Acknowledgment of risks and release of liability upon ticket purchase.
• Age Restriction: Couples only. Children and pets not permitted on rides.

Event Cancellation Criteria:
The event may be canceled due to severe weather, temperatures below 25 degrees Fahrenheit, or unexpected circumstances compromising safety or event quality.

Notification and Refunds:

• Advance Notice: Participants will be notified via email in case of cancellation.
• Refunds: Full refunds will be issued if the event is canceled.
• Crave Voucher: The $15 Crave voucher remains valid on the event day regardless of event status.
