Vendor Information

Participation Fees

The dates of the 2022/2023 Eden Prairie Center Marketplace is Saturday, November 19, and February 11, 2023, during center hours which are currently 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and are subject to change.  The cost options are listed below.

  1. 10×10 – $150 (Regular Fee $325)  for one market for a dedicated vendor space where you brand your business, sell goods &/or promote services.
  2. 10×10 – $275 for both markets for a dedicated vendor space where you brand your business, sell goods &/or promote services.

We have discounted regular pricing as we grow these markets and continue to attract more vendors.

Frequency Discounts

If you participate in both markets, there is an additional discount listed below.

  1. 10’x10’ and 14’x7’ – $275.00 for BOTH markets.

Non-Profit Partners

There will be an assigned charity for each market.

  • November 19 is PROP Food Bank
  • February 11 will be a dog rescue.

All vendors will be required to donate 5% of market sales to the featured charity.  Upon completion of the market, 5% of sales must be put in the envelope you will receive when you arrive on the day of each market.  A check to the charity or cash is both accepted.

Set-Up and Take Down
  • All vendors must supply EVERYTHING needed for their space.
  • If electricity is needed, please let us know that when you submit your application. All cords will need to be covered with gaffer tape which you must supply. You can purchase more than one vendor space.
  • Vendor participation requires staying for the entire market. Every vendor is required to staff the full hours of the market.  Even if you run out of product it’s still an opportunity to promote your business.
  • Vendors who participate agree to manage their own monetary transactions on event day. Internet access is available.
  • Please bring a trash can to your space. It is imperative that each space is left in the condition in which it is found.
Social Media and Promotion
  • Each vendor agrees to promote Eden Prairie Center Markets on their social media pages.
  • Each vendor is required to post a minimum of 3 posts promoting the markets and tagging @EdenPrairieCenter @EdenPrairieCenterMarketplace and @KiraLJohnsonMarketingConsultants on any of these handles FB, Instagram, and Twitter.
Marketplace Benefits

The vendor fee covers the following;

  • Vendor space at Eden Prairie Center Marketplace
  • Media and/or press opportunities (print and online) that Eden Prairie Center Marketplace may receive.
  • Vendor businesses will be promoted via social media, mall window space, radio and or TV, FB, Instagram, and Twitter. Each vendor will receive a minimum of two featured posts.

Please send your company logo and some product shots to kiraljohnson14@gmail.com upon acceptance to the markets so we can promote your business.  The promotion of your business starts at the beginning of November so please make sure we have received the logo and product photos.
