Eden Prairie Center (“Mall”) - Goal Promotion Terms & Conditions

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Overview: Upon reaching our target of 6,000 people who “like” our Facebook page (“Goal”), we will distribute a reward voucher for one (1) $10 Shop Etc. gift card via email to the first 100 eligible participants who email us with their name and age. We will post the designated email address on our FB timeline after the Goal is reached. Our FB page is www.facebook.com/edenprairiecenter.

Eligibility: Must be 18 or older and a fan of Mall on Facebook to participate. Employees of General Growth Management Inc. and their parent and subsidiary companies, including family members living in the same household of said employees, are not eligible.

Redemption/Award Card: If you receive a Reward Voucher via email, redeem it for the award mentioned above by bringing your ID and Reward Voucher to the mall mgmt office during redemption hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday- Friday. Reward Vouchers expire 30 days from the date of notification. Limit one Reward Voucher per person. ID’s will be checked, under no circumstances will Sponsor award more than 1 reward per person.

Additional Terms: Reward Vouchers will be numbered and tracked, under no circumstances will the Sponsor distribute more than one award per Reward Voucher. Limit one award claimed per individual email address. Award card recipient is responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor reserves the right to launch distribution program prior to reaching Goal.

By participating, you agree to: i) release the Sponsor, Facebook, and their agents, affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from participation in the promotion and the acceptance and use/misuse of any award; (2) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor is General Growth Management, Inc.
